Prohibitions for other organizations and individuals
The prohibitions for other organizations and individuals are as follows:
1. Obstructing the movement of journalists and interfering with the lawful content of news, feature articles and programmed;
2. Obstructing the process of media production and dissemination of all types of lawful media products;
3. Producing or importing and distributing media products without permission.
4. Bribing reporters or media organizations to disseminate owned news and feature stories.
5. Using violence, forcing, threatening, maligning, insulting, condemning or using rude words with reporters and media organizations
